When we started in 2014 in we had no idea that VRRM would come to be – we were just a group of friends and property owners who wanted to maximize our profit by renting out our properties short term. However, we ran into a big problem – there were no reputable, all-inclusive, and flexible solutions available. So we decided to manage our own properties. As the saying goes – ‘if you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself’. We quickly developed a reputation for providing top-quality service to both owners and guests and soon the word spread and others wanted us to manage their properties too. We scaled from just a handful of properties to managing thousands of listings! We abide by the golden rule – ‘treat others how you want to be treated yourself’.
