How do you set the price for my property?

What if I want to stay in my own property?
No problem! You can stay in your own property granted that the nights are not already booked by guests. There is no limit on how many consecutive days you can stay in the property.
What if my property is unfurnished?
We will be happy to furnish your property for you. Our interior designers have a keen eye for functional beauty on a budget and we will get your property rent ready in no time. All of the purchases will be approved by you prior to purchase.
How do you handle cleaning and maintenance?
The guest pays for the cleaning and maintenance, which is part of the fee during booking. We clean your property after every guest, restock all necessary supplies, wash all the towels and sheets, and inspect the property to make sure it's as functional and beautiful as it should be. Also guests are required to place a refundable security deposit to protect against possible damage to the property.
When I do get paid and what kind of reporting do I get?
You will receive detailed monthly reports with information about the total revenue generated, amount of bookings, occupancy rate, services performed, and much more. You can access this same information anytime in the owner portal from any device. You will receive your deposit on a monthly basis directly into your account via your preferred payment method.
